INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
I offer individual therapy for young women seeking support as they navigate anxiety, depression, and the pressure to always be “perfect” or please others. WALK & TALK THERAPY
Walk and talk therapy offers a unique alternative to the traditional therapy setting by combining movement and conversation in the calming presence of nature. For many young women dealing with the weight of many different things, walking side by side can feel less intense than sitting face to face — making it easier to open up. This approach supports emotional release, reduces stress, and encourages a sense of connection, all while allowing space for reflection and healing.
